By booking or using services from Pickett Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Pickett Auto Detailing reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Service Expectations
While we strive to deliver the highest quality detailing service, some stains, scratches, or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. Results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before the service begins. Pickett Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
- Vehicle Condition
Customers must disclose any known damage, sensitive surfaces, or mechanical issues before service. Pickett Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during or after the detailing process.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met.
Cancellations
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Liability
Pickett Auto Detailing is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond our control.
