Refund Policy

At Pickett Auto Detailing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address the issue.
 

Service Quality
If there is an issue with the quality of the service provided, customers must report it within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will review the concern and may offer to re-clean the affected area when appropriate.
 

Refunds
Due to the nature of detailing services, refunds are generally not issued once a service has been completed. However, Pickett Auto Detailing may provide partial refunds or service corrections at our discretion depending on the situation.
 

Results Disclaimer
Some stains, scratches, odors, or paint defects may be permanent and cannot always be fully removed. Final results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition.
 

Cancellations
Appointments canceled with reasonable notice will not be charged. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
